Program Phases

Phase 1: Survival Skills Development (Instructor Candidate)

Learn the foundational skills required for all survival instructors. During this phase, you’ll gain proficiency in survival, bushcraft, winter survival, primitive survival, land navigation, and wilderness medicine.

Phase 2: Instructor Development (Instructor Apprentice)

Develop teaching skills and business acumen through the Train the Trainer Course and hands-on On-the-Job Training (OJT).

• Train the Trainer Course (4 Days): Learn principles of adult learning, curriculum development, and business fundamentals.
• Hybrid Distance Learning: Submit video evaluations of assigned modules for critique.
• OJT (Minimum 20 Days): Deliver instruction at live GB2 events, gaining real-world teaching experience and course setup knowledge.

Phase 3: Final Instructor Evaluation
